I got a chance to tear the frame down a bit today. The steerer is definitely Columbus, with 5 distinct helical ridges.

And I have confirmed that at least the main frame tubing is Columbus as well....

From what I gather, this is a 1981 model. The frame is fully chromed and in 9/10 condition. The components are probably ~80% original, with the bar-ends and rear derailleur not being catalog spec....
