I always try to balance sweet/salty and make sure it's easy to pack/consume. Nuun is my go to electrolyte drink. I too have been gravitating towards olives on my longer rides.

The frame can be bent without obvious evidence of damage. If it’s the wrong size not worth the hassle of repair.

Totally normal. I have a dedicated rag to wipe off stanchions every couple of rides. Dirt will stick to that stuff and work it’s way into the fork.
