Very long stem, short reach, and I actually have it backwards to bring the bars closer. Nice and high, short reach.

This morning I took what will most likely be the ride of Winter. Although it was 8 degrees yesterday with some snow overnight, it`s melting fast. The extended forecast calls for Spring-like weather....
