Yep I have seen them back in the day. Don’t remember if 7-11 had them or not .. I do remember 7-11 did use giro helmets at one time.

ok to be exact the uscf rule for hard shell (snell or ansi z-90.4 approved) helmet rule when into effect January 1st 1986 .. me bad it was so long ago ..
