Where I live no one cares if you ride class 3 on the bike path UNLESS you go too fast. Folks will definitely call the police if you are speeding and making it unsafe for walkers, kids, and slower...

Point taken, but southbound, the two stop signs are across the top of "T" intersections, with bike lanes large enough to ride two up outside the fog line.

After riding the route and getting feedback from the century riders, I'd say that this is one of those rides to skip unless they drastically change the route.
