Comparing it to the Bianchi USA catalog it appears to be a 1985 Alloro with a Columbus TreTubi ChromeMoly...

Pretty sweet bike. Probably genuine Bianchi, but it does have a bit of a mix of components.

My guess the bike is from the mid 70's, and probably has been repainted at some time.
