Gatorskins are as good as wrapping a frozen hose around your rim. Not really, but yeah kinda. I would bet they roll faster than Kwest tires, but that isnt saying much.

List a budget. People can suggest $1000 wheelsets, but that doesnt help if you want to stick to $250 wheelsets.
