Backcountry.com.

Work with one of their "gearhead" reps and they will give you free two day shipping and free returns.

Also Sigma Sports in England.

I have been very pleased with Competitive Cyclist. OTOH....I recently bought a Castelli headband for $11. It is the most worthless item I've bought in years. I know it's just a headband but, really?

I’ve bought a few off eBay

I had the exact opposite experience. I bought the summer sweat-cap and it's super absorbent, well ventilated and made of soft materials; two thumbs up from me.

Amazon...of course. :thumb:

I'm going to guess your sweat cap and my head band are made from two different materials.

Must be. I would assume the sweatband part is the same material, but I guess not. Mine is almost like a synthetic silk.

Mine has a similar feel. Problem is it doesn't absorb anything. I tried to find the actual material used and couldn't. My rolled up bandanas are much better than my headband. Glad yours works.

I mean, it holds sweat up until a point of saturation. If I'm out riding mid-day, in 90°F+ weather, then my sweat cap reaches saturation. I apply pressure and the sweat drips out. I do this every 10-15mins. I'm a sweaty person and primarily sweat from my forehead. Anything below this point of heat and it doesn't become saturated.
