Rans V-Rex w/ Ballistic Shock - Can a Fender Be Mounted? Pics?
 

I'm trying to figure out how to install what appears to be the original fender to the front. The bike has the front ballistic shock set. The P.O. fell and broke the front fender.

I repaired the fender and have the mounting hardware but there are no bosses around the front dropout where the fender braces would mount.

By chance did the option to equip the bike with that shock system eliminate the possibility of installing what appears to me is the original fender.

Does that anyone have a V-Rex and shocks with front fenders?

If so, could you post some pics?

I have a Vision R40 with a Ballistic fork & Planet Bike fenders were installed using hose clamps/electrical clamps around the struts of the fork.

Its not elegant but works.
