How much is a female Cannondale C400 worth?
 

I think my Dad is bored and he was out and about. He saw this one for sale and they're asking 200. My guess is he'd buy it for me cuz he's bored and want's something to do and knows I ride every night. I told him meh, I don't need an expensive bike to ride the short 2 mile rides I do.

For $200 i'd actually get a bike that is not a drop frame and is your size however, ---
