Your screenshot image is postage stamp-sized on my monitor and goes to a blurry blob when zoomed.

The Burke 20 titanium folding bike follows the Andrew Ritche pattern and has been around for a while.

Still looking for a picture on this thread of an Andrew Ritchie pattern folder (aka Brompton knockoff) with 20" wheels (other than the USA-built Burke).

Here you go:
Very Big Edition
Bromptosaurus (Rex), genannt: Rostinante

They are however no knockoffs but both custom made to order and based on original Brompton frames that got extended. I've ridden both of them - a very grown-up ride, mainly due to the long wheel base. Both ride very different from a normal Brompton. They are slightly different - the rust one is the younger of the two and was made just a couple of month ago, the black one has been made two years ago. The rust one has a slightly shorter wheelbase than the black one but still very long. So a 20" Brompton is possible but the making was quite a job - countless hours went into them - so these are pretty expensive bikes.

Bromptosaurus does look like the BB is going to be 2" higher.. bumping from 16 to a 20" wheel ..

Ending the putting a foot down at stop signs, without getting off the saddle ,

which is a habit I had to develop with my Bike Friday pocket Llama,

which I also must put a foot on the raised curb to stop without shifting off the saddle to put a foot down..

(Now BiFri has redesigned their 20" wheel frames to both be lower BB ..)

Just to clarify the naming: The black one is called Bromptosaurus, the rusty one is called Bromptosaurus Rex (because of it's later date of birth and the motor). There is also an opposite bike by the same maker, a Brompton modified for persons of short stature. It is called Bromptolino and the modification is reversible:

20" Brompton sounds interesting - this must have been discussed before, but I'm too green of a Brompton/folding bike owner.
