Bought one of their core line recently, and added on the rechargeable light set they offer. The rear light was loose on the mount and popped off about a minute after I put it on, and the screw was stripped and part of the mount was broken. I emailed their customer service asking to exchange it and I got an email the next day confirming my order of a rear tail light for $0, and a couple minutes afterwards got another email apologizing for the inconvenience. Didn't even have to send back the broken mount and light. I know it's a pretty small thing but it was nice to have such good customer service.

if I ever get up enough nerve to get a single speed kick around bike I am ordering from one from state. Glad to hear they took care of you!
