Paid subscription expiration notice???
 

I just got a private message and an e-mail saying that my paid subscription had expired. When I went to the premium subscription area of my control panel, it says that my subscription doesn't expire until Feb of 2022. You might want to check that out. Either there's a bug in your notification system or your list of paid users got hacked and someone's phishing for easy money.

I forwarded the direct e-mail to you. The private message notification in my e-mail (the private message doesn't show up in my control panel here - one of many reasons I was suspicious) said the same thing.

Sounds like they were testing some features and it accidentally slipped out to some of us live.

Yes, the email was legitimate from our organization, but can be ignored. For some reason it sent an email regarding the non-live version of the site.
