Got another load to sell from my hoarder friend and this beautiful lower end Fuji was in the mix. I know we all like pics of old bikes.

That's aged well. Does your friend have a climate controlled room for hoarding? There isn't even a hint of rust in those pictures.

Any idea the year? Later 70s, Early 80s, maybe? The fluted seat post looks like an upgrade for a lower end bike.

Room? He has around 200-300 of these in his garages and house. He's got enough parts and bikes to open 3 bike shops. Still has NOS Schwinn and Campy parts in the boxes from buying out closing bike shops.

Long live Bahama Blue - I flipped an old Fuji Sagres with that color finish a couple of years ago, which was also just about as minty fresh as this one. Quad butted tubing - it was a very nice riding bike!

What's the saddle on that Schwinn SS? Is it leather or "pleather"?

It looks like the other Schwinn galoshes saddles I've seen: embossed rubber cover stretched over a plastic base riveted to a recycled car fender steel frame. Or multiple longitudinal springs hooked to that steel frame. Long lasting and good for 1 mile rides, with a lunch break half way.
