What is the right inner tube size for Vilano Rampage Fixed Gear bike?
 

I need to replace the inner tube of this [1] bike (it has Presta valves). It seems the brake size is 700c x 28c Brakes, does it mean I should go for 700x28c inner tube.
Unfortunately I can't find the exact size of the inner tube on the bike's Amazon page. I wonder if this [2] (700x18/25C) would fit the bike.

You should re-post this in the general discussion, but just from reading the description on the Amazon page, it seems like a very poorly done translation from chinese into english. Is there a tyre on the bike. The tube should correspond with the size on the tyre (eg. 700X28). If there is no tyre, purchase the correct tyre, then the tube

BTW, I would not have purchased this bike at any price
