Probably very true!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine are in my laundry room.

tkamd73 07-10-20 10:15 PM

My next bikes are unbuilt but the tubing is in the Firefly, Waterford, No.22, Moots, Independent Fabrications and Bishop workshops however none of them know they are one day possibly going to build me some of my dreams.

All my current bikes are in the living room, basement and a couple at the shop. Oh and one with a friend and mechanic because I haven't really had much experience bleeding brakes and didn't want to screw this one up.

2 in the hallway
2 in the living room
2 in the bedroom
3 complete and one frame waiting to built in the 'spare' room
And 1 frame in the UK version of that container port, that I've already been waiting months for, and still no sign of it:(

If I squint hard enough I think I see a container labeled Trek.

Its smart to have "off-site" storage and bikes available at different locations incase of a tragedy like a home file.
I have bikes on both coasts and TX.
A good 4wheel drive with a gravel or mtn bike is also nice incase escape is necessary.
Id also suggest a few other survival needs in that road trip vehicle ;)

That’s an amazing photo!

Mine are at home, and my new triple crankset wil probably be in a UK port, considering that US retail hates cranks with chainwheel guards (thus hates bicycling).

Sorry, in my garage when I put it after today's ride.

I'm having trouble spotting one addressed to BillyD from the BF Mod Appreciation Committee. It must be in there somewhere. :)

ZIPP2001 07-11-20 05:18 PM

Wildwood 07-13-20 12:08 AM

Nope.
Mine are all European or American frames, nearly all Campy.

There are Asian sourced parts on a couple of bikes.

SpeedRanger 07-13-20 08:19 AM

Let's hope none are here

What is strange is the fact that in RR division centers, I see actually hundred of locomotives parked that could be hauling all of those containers all over the country/

Kabuki12 07-13-20 03:27 PM

Well, seven or eight are in my shop in Ventura , 5 or 6 are in my garage at home and , in my storage shed............ OK I'll stop now!

kcblair 07-14-20 02:35 PM

Six are in my man cave (just finished listening to CD's in my listening area ) 1 is with my son. KB.

fietsbob 07-14-20 03:13 PM

Maybe i should have directed it towards those who wondered why there are scarce bikes to be found

in the shops in the middle price ranges..
