Is there a time frame you looking for? '60s? '70s? '80s? What material Steel? Italian, English, French? Spanish? Japanese? A road bike aka "10 speed", a three speed cruiser? a mountain bike?

Where do you live? There are a few pretty reliable guys on the Classic and Vintage threads that refurbish bikes to support their habit and I bet we could put you in touch with them if we knew a bit more about where you are and what you want.

This is such a vague request, could you be a little more specific? Like ,a year range, or frame material, or number of gears or possible country or origin, etc...

This is a vintage, classic 1984 Ciocc designer 84 micro 40 bike. like new condition, new sew up tires, all original Dura Ace group. The group is complete, including seat post, stem, head set, cranks, pedals etc. It is a triple butted Reynolds 531 tubing frame, pantographed, and the forks are chromed and perfect. ill send pictures if you want. I'm riding now after 25 years in the house out of the elements.
