Yes. Putting this measure into place has dramatically redused the amount of Spam that we have to deal with.

Pictures are most of the fun in a forum haha and are usually required by existing members for new member introduction. I haven't seen this on any of my other forums. Rennlist, Pelican Parts, etc...maybe contact one of those administrators and see how they manage it?

Different software. We understand the shortcomings of this situation. But, 10 posts isn't that many. Go to the Introductions forum and say hello. Then greet a few more forum members and you're there.

Please do not post junk posts just to get to 10 as they will be deleted. A good idea is to go to our Introductions forum, tell us a bit about yourself, and then say hello to some other new forum members.

Basically the issue was that many people were using other means to post photos and then something would change (either on Bike Forums or elsewhere) and then the picture would disappear. So we now host all photos posted.

We do not allow HTML. Click the "Upload" button and you'll see a place for entering an image URL.
