Fixie/free wheel tires that use a wheel lock?

Are there fixie/free wheel tires that use a wheel lock? All the ones I find use screws and bolts. I'm not even sure I am using the correct terminology for my searches.

Thank you for any replies.

Are you asking about tires or do you mean wheels? "Wheel locks" are probably quick releases. Try using those terms rather than the ones you asked about

Better to post your question in the "Singlespeed & Fixed Gear" forum. You'll get a lot more view (and answers) than in this 'General Discussion' forum.

If you mean a quick release, then yes it can be done but not many wheels come that way.

Depending on the hub, it may be easy to convert a nutted hub to quick release. Cup-and-cone type hubs simply need the solid axle replaced by a hollow one of the proper length. Cartridge bearing hubs may be more involved.
