Which 16" 36h aluminum/lightweight rim should I buy (USA)?

I need a lightweight 16 inch 36 hole rim with available tubes (USA).
Sun Ringle M-14A Rim Sun 16 349x12.4
Sun Ringle M-14A Rim Sun 16 349x18.9
The second one "18.9" is wider and probably easier to buy tubes for?
Like this tube... Sunlite Tube 16X1 Pv 32Mm (349X19) ?
Any rim is plenty strong enough for my purpose.
Thanks.

If this post goes in "mechanics" or elsewhere, please feel free to correct.

Just what is your purpose? What are you working on?

The tube size goes with the tire width, not the rim. The rim makes only a little difference.

That's usually a child's wheel, so tubes will typically be quite girthy, and tyre choices can be frustrating.

Not to be confused with 16 3/8 rims, as used by Brompton etc, which have a bead seat radius just 3mm smaller than an 18ins wheel - those tyres and tubes are available in thinner sizes, including popular choices like the Schwalbe Marathon.

Edit - had to correct a figure..
