Attaching a magnet to a spoke
Hi all - I have a cargo bike from B****e that came with a small magnet attached to a spoke on the rear wheel. At some point during maintenance it came off and I cannot put it back because the spoke is too thick. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can attach the magnet? Thanks.

i would suggest going back to the bike brand repair shop. it was installed once in the situation where you say it can't be done. the brand repair shop probably has more experience with this situation.

would it be too much to ask for a picture ?
how is the magnet attached. is there a screw (like the old Mavic magnet holders ?) Tie wrap? help us help you Mark Petry Bainbridge Island, WA USA |
We get a lot of donated bikes in that have magnets left on the spokes from old bike computers, etc. How big is the gauge of the spoke you are trying to attach to. A local bike shop or bike coop might have some they have removed in their parts bin.
