I had a beautiful fillet-brazed custom road frame built from Columbus Max and picked up a top tube dent in a crash. As the frame was recently new I couldn't just write if off so my framebuilder drilled a small hole 'behind' the dent, pushed the dent out and filled in the hole with braze. I went for a full respray but a localised respray would have worked.

robert woo. I have offered to rent it. I dont want him feeling obligated. Could be whiskey involved.

makes sense... I was going to guess it was Bob, since he has dabbled in frame building.
I've recommended him before to folks looking for some basic frame tweaking; respacing dropouts and such.

Steve sent me his way to have a fork crown cut and faced (No one in Springfield with a CRC-1). Very nice guy.

This is a different technique that I had not heard of before. "Always learning here".

very true.... I've gotten that bit of advice from others.
I've known him since before his current state of formality, so I still think "Bob", but say "Robert".
I'm happy to respect however folks want to self-identify. ... and especially when they are good at their jobs!

he is excellent. A terrific mechanic and his wife is really a great person as well. I worked at bushwhacker for a year with him and now my son is a mech there. Lots of good feelings.
