I have big problems with my joints and i think this article may save my life. I'll consume cherry in every way i can from now on. See if it helps.

if you've been riding for very long with your bike the way it was pictured in the other thread.. it could be pretty easy to just jack up the seatpost and not be putting such a stress on your knee.

Might not be a bad thing to drink, but that website is note exactly an impartial. scientifically unbiased viewpoint.

I'm not convinced his seat is too low.

Watch some snippets of pro races. They have a pretty good bend in the knee at the bottom of the stroke.

perhaps not. that is why fitting online is a rough guess at best.

I'm not a believer in supplements and other magic potions that don't need to be tested or approved by anyone though ;)
