Non gps head unit with power meter
 

As the title says. Are there any non-gps head units in the market that support a power meter with ANT+?

If there isn't any, that's fine. But I don't want to pay for that price premium, or have to remember to charge it every few days.

Phone + quadlock?

not wanting to do that in case of rain. Plus, I don't want to have to worry about a dead phone battery for my ride home after work. I typically push myself pretty hard when commuting. And I don't have consistent access to a phone charger. Plus, where I work is like a giant Faraday cage. So my phone battery gets smoked pretty quick.

I know the quadlock is probably if not the strongest phone mount, but still paranoid about losing it.

I would rather have a dedicated bike computer. If it will have to be gps, I am fine with that. Just curious on options.

You mentioned not wanting to pay a price premium :
-Most phones are waterproof nowadays
-Quadlock case and mount is about $60
-Adding to the low battery thing, a $20 2000maH battery bank could resolve that.

Just an idea! Or use your old smart phone for this purpose if you have one lying around. Find a cheap one on FB marketplace, etc. It's basically a glamorous cycling GPS

Otherwise, you're looking at $150-200 + for a cycling computer that can do that, like the Garmin 130

I'm hoping someone knows of an obscure Lezyne or Bryton that might do the trick for you

​​Will check out Lezyne. The other issue, phone screens can be difficult to see at full daylight.

Old PowerTap headunits were ANT+ and non-GPS, but they're probably close to 10 years old now. You could probably find one cheap on eBay.
