Shops/frame builders in Kobe

I'm heading down to Kobe soon, are there any good bike shops there? Is there a Vivalo shop or does the guy work out of a workshop?

Very interested in this too! I live in Osaka so just a 50 minute train away. Vivalo is damn popular in Japan so hopefully they run a shop too.

From what I have been told, the Vivalo factory is closer to Nara.

I think it's about an hour's drive from Sannomia. Toward Akashi. It's in Nishi-ku.
