are they letting bikes and/or motorcycles ride across the new bridge? if not, any difficulty finding transport? how much "tea money" are the border officials demanding?

I crossed yesterday and bicycleas are not allow to ride the bridge,motorbike yes I told the guy my bike is very fast make and exeption because new year anda no chance.I pay for me and the bike 120 bath 4us.I got the visa for Laos on arrive 30us plus 1 us fee
