My team has committed to bring Mental Health to the open. One in five Canadians live with a mental illness in any given year, but five in five—all of us—have mental health. You have it, I have it. And we all need to take care of it.

What better way to do that than ride? Wind in my face and sun on my skin always make me feel like a hundred dollars.
