Parts for Super Record EPS Rear Derailleur
 

Are perts available for the 2012 or 2013 Super Record EPS Rear Derailleur? Like an idiot, I was loading my bike on my car and after I took my front wheel off I set my bike on the front fork... Well, a gust of wind came by and blew my bike over and chipped the CF cover on the rear derailleur. Now I know that this is purely cosmetic but what can I say, I want it fixed.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Won't be likely in Afghanistan. Go to the Campy netsite, and look up the nearest service center. The part might not exist as a spare, but often service centers can scavenge them off warrantied units. (I often did this when in charge of service for the eastern USA).

The attitudes at the various centers can vary tremendously so it's pot luck, but the folks in Germany have always been very customer friendly.

I'm back in the US (profile updated). Thanks for the input, I will check a couple of the Pro Shops in the area and give Campagnolo a call/email and see if they can be of any assistance. I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best.

Good news is nearly all Campy bits and pieces for stuff made in the last 50 years is available at better authorized dealers. Bad news is some of the bits and pieces can be very expensive.
