I removed the washers in hopes that the cones or washers were stamped; nothing there. Its weird, not a single makers mark, unless the hub once had a sticker (?)

In one of the images there appears to be a marking on the barrel.

Or is this just a smudge/dirt?

There is certainly a good possibility that however it was marked/sold it may have been produced by Fratelli Brivo.

The torpedo shaped track nuts are certainly distinctive. Cannot recall seeing them afore. If you envision searching, keep them in mind - perhaps the best clue.

Another member who may be able to shed illumination is @amirinisrael ...

No markings; just a reflection of overhead lights in my garage. I looked it over carefully; no marks of any kind

This one is pretty similar but stamped Campagnolo

That's a new one for me. Very cool. I have never seen an FB, Gnutti, Siamt nor Campagnolo like it. Of course, any of those companies could have made it, never say never.

But there are many companies that made stuff that are new to me.

"IM" high flange 3-piece hubs currently on ebay.it. Never seen them before this listing.

Same seller, blank barrels. Same "IM" company? I haven't a clue.

Short lived Cambio Corsa pattern front hub

Looks similar to, but not identical to, an old Campagnolo 3-pc hub that I have:

Most Campagnolo Cambio Corsa hubs and hub diagrams have a simpler flange design. This hub has "ballooned" flanges

Your hub has more contoured flanges.
