What is the next step in my training?

In about a week or two, I will be doing my first century! I am just about ready for it. i will be doing an 80 mile ride solo tomorrow, and then I will begin to taper for the century

I am just curious, after I ride the century, should I increase my mileage from 200miles a week ( +/- 10 miles) to around 300miles a week for as long as I can because school is starting and I am not sure if I can ride that much, or maybe reduce the volume and go for intensity and working on speed?

I thought increasing my mileage to work on endurance for the rest of the year and also during winter base mileage training would be the best best for me, since I have only been seriously training since this April, so best to get the base miles in THEN start working on my speed next April. Just kinda lost

What are your goals?

Methinks you don't need a complicated "training" plan yet. Just ride as much as you can, preferably with people who are stronger riders than yourself.
