Old Cinelli "Coat of Arms" engraving : On my Motobecane Team Champion.

I really dig the cinelli engravings, and couldn't see the windsor ones!

I just want to ogle at more cool ones, I could care less if they're not high-end...

The cinelli coat of arms is really the all time classic, and what nitto copied.

there are some other pretty cool ones... like some of the ones with the geographic shape of countries engraved on them...

the think maes bars have pretty cool engravings too.

I'll try to snap a better picture later.

You guys would cry If I dared show what I did to the Engraving on one side of my Nitto Noodle Bars.

It was goregeous but I just had to make it fit into a stem for 25.4mm bars :rolleyes:

....it shows.

Peugeot had the lions on one side, a crest on the other. I know there are some out there....

I think cool engravings should be required on all bars.

I should show my Bridgestone Kabuki bars if I can get a camera to take good enough pics...

Heres what I got: The Giro D'Italias' on the Paramount, The Sakae Customs on the Seven Ten and The regular Champions on the wifes' World Sport...Unfortunately not very good pic quality

I've got a Dawes engraved GB bar. It's hard to take a good picture of it though!

Not sure that they are "awesome", but I like the engraving of the Cinelli bars on my '87 Super Sport

I was led to believe that these came off a Peugeot. Not the best shots but they're comfortable bars.

Those are Dawes Concorde handlebars. Are they stamped GB?

So far, I have to vote for the GB / Dawes bars!

Has anyone tried to do this kind of engraving by hand? I'd love to customize my bars, but wouldn't know how to go about it....

PS - The Dawes is absolutely awesome but the Peugeot Lions are my perennial favorites.

Oh, my! If I were his teacher, I'd give him an A for effort and an A for technique, and a final grade of F for the course. That stuff is (IMHO) wretched.
