I have more shirts in pink than in any other color. Pink is an excellent color for a man. You have to try it to believe it.

jamesj 04-29-10 06:48 PM

guys...Guys...GUYS!!!!

It REALLY is red :) ...it's just in pics with the way it's crackled with white it appears pink. Hopefully gomango can see it one day and put this to rest. Haha.

That said, I'm all in on the pink jersey...have pink polos too. I like pink. I also have salmon and other purple/pink shirts. They look good with nearly white hair :)

EjustE 04-29-10 07:00 PM

Maybe I should try that color saddle on my bike...
Khatfull's bike is not pink. This is (close to) pink:

Now it would look GOOD on that bike ^^^ I'd ride that bike and the aforementioned saddle.

I ride that bike (even though my 15 year old daughter got dibs for it in family rides). At some point it might get a white Regal and will get white perforated tape as soon as the tape on it is history, but the original San Marco on it, is fine as well (got an NOS pearl white Benotto tape in a box, if I ever decide to restore it, because that was what it came with)

You might want to click on the link and take a look at the price, before you commit. :innocent:

My new fixed gear..I've been hesitant to post a pic of it here previously for obvious reasons. :p I often buy rusted clunkers and get them powder coated, and the guys keep telling the powder coater to do one of 'em in pink..I finally said, "OK, have at it!". It's going to be the fundraiser "Save the Tatas" bike this year.

The close up shots are the most screaming red I've ever seen.

If it rides like a dream, I couldn't give a bleep what it looks like.

Nice work, Kendall! It looks really good. What kind of frame is it? Are those Normandy hubs? And why are you braking the rear wheel instead of the front?

Weird, are both levers spliced into the rear? It looks like one of the lines abruptly ends.
