misaligned derailleur arm causing noise?

I have a 07 Kona JtS with 105 derailleurs. The bike only has 111km's on it as of today. Whenever I pedal, there is a constant clicking noise coming from the rear derailleurs, and I narrowed it down...

yeah... toed in the stock pads and it reduced the chatter a significant amount. I think the combination of aftermarket pads and toe in might do the trick completely.
