yeah if it were me i'd just get an ajustable stem that's like 110mm long or so and maybe a flat bar with 15 degree rise or so. that way I can just point the stem up and have a lot higher handlebar...

yup i have a bike like that one and I use ergon grips and a different bigger seat than it came with. you can also get a shock seat post so you feel bouncy.

running and biking isn't enough resistance to build muscle in your legs. If you want more muscle go to specific weight machines at the gym and perhaps change your diet.

I think my bike is the perfect one cause it rides like a road bike but I can unlock the fork for the bumps. I don't think I rather ride anything else unless I was somewhere where there were no bumpy...
