Exactly right. Roll out with frame blocks best you can, then fill with JB weld, let it cure then sand. JB Weld holds up to powder coat temps.

That's like saying it'll buff out.

JB weld will not fix that frame. The only bike thing I've used it on is to fill dents prior to powder coat/paint.
