I'm not sure how e-bikes are relevant to climbing posture, but I do know that there's no way an additional 120 W is going to increase your speed from 4.3 mph to 13-15 mph on a 10-13% grade.

If you're buying new tires anyway, and your present wheels are tubeless compatible, it will be cheap and easy to try tubeless. You can always go back to tubes if it doesn't work out for you.
