Use carb cleaner on it get it cleaned real good...

Use carb cleaner on it get it cleaned real good then lube it. Should work then. Be careful not to get the carb cleaner on your paint!

And I got the dates from the two serial numbers...

And I got the dates from the two serial numbers on it 0478211-67 on dropout & a082-78 on gooseneck figured on was the date. I know it's before
80s because it still says chain bike Corp on it

Vintage Chain Bike Corp./Ross Apollo Jr.

So I recently came up on this bike and far as I can tell it's all original. Seems to be a '67 or '78. Any info would be appreciated.
