I'm curious how you know it's designed for 27" wheels. I looked at the Michael's Cyclery brochure and didn't see a wheel size cited.
The brochure shows the fork crown-to-dropout dimension is 369mm....

WTT: 60cm Giordana Pista for 58/59cm touring bike

I have a 60cm Giordana lugged, steel track frame set up porteur style. It's a nice lightweight frame, but too big....and I've found that coasting is important to me. I'm pretty sure it's a 1989-90...
