A last minute addition to my front fender kept...

A last minute addition to my front fender kept said mud off the rings and chain. Biased slightly to the drive side helped.
It flapped at speed but grabbed the muck, at muckking speed....

Looks 99.5% stable. Me - i would not tether a potentially heavy, high center of gravity rack+load to my brakes. but that's just me.
