i only use sram red. one long push shift down (push and hold shift to two gears or 3) and 1 tap to shift up (up is harder gear)

Gear help please

Currently i have Alfine 11 with 18T rear and 52T front on the 20" wheel dahon. what front and rear combine would give me around 32T and 34T on a normal road bike 700cc.

I can't climb steep...

First cut the stem short ride for a year.
Now convert to road handle bar. Love it so far.
