I'm 6'1" with a 32" inseam so I am riding a 56. My knees almost hit the handlebars as it is. I'm sure you would be okay on a 54 if you went with a 120mm stem and a lot of seat setback though.

I am a valet at different high end restaurants in the city. The lots where I park cars can be up to a quarter mile away and some nights I'll run from 6-10 non-stop. Its like a ton of 440yd sprints...
