Rubber boot for Raleigh Twenty hinge lock screw

I'm trying to restore a Raleigh Twenty and the rubber sleeve which covered part of the locking screw mechanism has rotted away. Is there anywhere I can get something to replace it?

Thanks for all of the help. Seems like the 9FS will accommodate my height and is pretty reasonably priced. I also saw on another post where Yan says it's pretty rugged.
