I don't know what that means but I do prefer verticals. I always have the wheel all the way back in the horizontals so short or long is immaterial to me.

Yeah the dropouts are strange. The socketed things are usually verticals without adjusting screws. And it has a 126mm rear just to help out. The butterfly cable guides...
