70s era UO 8 though the wheels, crank, and derailleurs are not original. That came with a cottered crank though so perhaps a late 70s UO 9 or 10 as those came with cotterless cranks.

There are some serious climbing where the OP lives although I'm not sure I'd want to deal with a DL 1 with rod brakes in that kind of terrain.
