I ride my trainer so much due to my work schedule that I forget how much I love riding outdoors until I get out out on the weekends.

It's not that bad though I get caught up on my DVRd shows.

I used a milk carton and cutout a protector shim, that wore out a little after 500 miles or so. The stainless shim is what you need.

Only concern wiping your bike down with a baby wipe is scratches. A terry cloth or brush will push the dirt off without direct pressure on the dirt into the clear coat.

It also depends on how different the frames are, different seat tube/head tube...
