I recently got an 08 Fuji Track Pro, and it happened to be missing the rear dropout plates/inserts. Does anyone know how to make them? I tried looking for some online but cannot find the right bolt...

They look like 2 small dents, but from another angle it looks like a line that runs across perpendicular from the down tube. Let me see if I can take a better picture of it
