Ok so I reviewed past posts on chain slipping as I have it. Happens starting under medium stress and then increases with stress. I have played with this and it only happens with the mid ring...

Bridgestone BB1 - Fixed!

Well with much thanks to many here I got my Bridgestone BB1 fixed. The existing seat post was stuck, the existing seat was a mess and just sort of shoved onto the post ..And I did not like the pedals...

Funny piece of pipe in there - no taper - perhaps some home...
