Dimensions of OD pipes are in inches, 1" top pipe, 1 1/8 other.

I find number 753 at the bottom of crank on my Maruishi bike. Serial number is on seat downtube, but what does mean 753 number? Maybe it is steel grade Reynolds 753? Thanks a lot...
