As an alternative, you could use a Wolf Tooth...

As an alternative, you could use a Wolf Tooth Roadlink. Tbis as will extend the derailleur mounting point down to clear a larger cog. I have thin a Dura Ace 7800 drive train with a 53 x 39 crank....
