Nope, just be sure to put a layer of grease betwixt the cups and frame. Be sure to chexck the head tube for cracks with the old headset cups in place, too.

Any non-Dura Ace 8s STI shifter should work fine. Sachs also made some Campy-bodied 8s shifters that will shift Shimano 8s just fine, but they are rare as hen's teeth at this point.
